LOGO DESIGN FOR IMPRINTS. Sometimes, authors may wish to mask the fact that their books were self-published. Or perhaps, the author wants to use an established web-site to be the “publisher” of the book, but it does not have a logo.
A logo on the title and/or information page is often distinguishing and instantly lends an sense of legitimacy to the material. The author may also apply the logo for use elsewhere, such as a web-site which advertises the book.
